mobile bar mockup

This build was a full-scale mockup for a bar I envisioned as a part of the brewery project I complete my third year of architecture school (brewery project also on website). This project helped me to think about the project on a different scale- in doing so I was able to get to the root of what I hoped the user experience might be- which in the end, is one of the most aspects of any architecture project. The variable climate of Minnesota calls for a building that can adapt to the changing seasons. Imagine a bar that can break into pieces and be rolled outdoors so that both bartenders and customers can enjoy the few months of warm weather. I used steel and concrete since I imagined these as a big part of the material palette for the project as a whole.
